Test sample made of hybrid (carbon and glass) fibre composite was produced and tested under the flexural load for comparison with a FEA model. Test sample displacement was measured using a GOM Tritop optical measurement system. 摘要

高分子复合材料在汽车工业中有着广泛的应用。在其他目标中,实现公共交通的车辆效率通常是通过纤维增强塑料等轻质材料作为车辆的结构元素来实现的。本文提出了一种城市客车V型结构底板单元的概念解。设计了楼盖结构单元的CAD模型,在后期对整个复合楼盖结构进行优化设计。制作了混杂(碳和玻璃)纤维复合材料试样,并在弯曲荷载下进行了试验,与有限元模型进行了比较。测试样品的位移测量采用GOM Tritop光学测量系统。结果表明,最大位移实测值与有限元值的差异仅为11.7%。
