摘要

随着互联网的快速发展,电子商务在中国越来越受欢迎,尤其是移动互联网的广泛采用。许多人开始通过手机购物。在这种情况下,许多传统零售商和传统电商都开始开辟线上或线下渠道,成为O2O电商,但两者之间存在显著差异。基于这一差异,本文构建了两种不同的O2O电商模型,第一类电商原本是传统的电商,但仍以线下渠道为主;另一类电商原本是传统的电商,但也以线上渠道为主。针对这两类O2O电商,本文通过仿真的方法,研究了O2O模式和免运费选项对两类电商的积极影响,并考察了顾客构成变化对两类电商的影响。
