切换操作是保证电网安全稳定运行的重要手段。分析和研究了现有切换操作的应用现状和传统模式;智能人机系统的构建、集成和评估;在对一次设备进行“五禁”操作的基础上,提出了二次保护“二次规则”的概念和方法;并讨论了人的心理和生理行为,从而揭示了人机系统的意义。
