摘要

本文介绍了利用嵌入式数字控制器实现热工站实时控制与监控的广域网和局域网网络结构。本地数字控制器基于PIC16F877A单片机作为温度控制器,直接与温度变送器和可控硅(SCR)通信。基于internet的控制和监控操作采用PHP脚本实现,用户自行开发前面板。服务器-客户端配置用Visual Basic语言实现,使用TCP/IP协议。对基于网络的通信产生的总时延进行了仿真,并与实验数据进行了比较。结果表明,传输延迟对网络通信的影响不显著,尤其是对热过程的影响。
