摘要

多电平超稀疏矩阵变换器是面向单向潮流运行的多电平间接矩阵变换器的一种浓缩形式。该转换器的主要特点是通过减小输入低通滤波器元件的尺寸来提供高质量的输入和输出波形。该变换器的主要限制是电压增益和所用功率器件的数量。为了克服这种限制,本文提出了两种新的拓扑结构。此外,还讨论了运行该变换器所需的调制技术。为了验证所提出的转换器的概念证明,进行了MATLAB仿真。
