The system archives data online intelligently, shares data with the Measurement and Technology Agency, updates automatically at pre-determined intervals, dynamic and real-time monitoring by the Quality Supervisory Bureau (at district or county level), controls and supervises via the Internet by the Government Measurement Administration Team and issues warnings at critical levels which were preset. With this 5-in-1 system, it dynamically manages all the processes and the data is then submitted and achieved once only.
