According to the current legislation, this information should be characterized by completeness and reliability, but today there are factors in the accounting and registration system that reduce the quality of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (for example, the presence of registry and technical errors, duplication of data, imperfection of the mechanism for generating information).
