Based on the RBD model of the traction drive system, the reliability of the whole traction drive system in Beijing-Tianjin and Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway are evaluated. 摘要

根据高速动车组牵引传动系统的结构参数和工作原理,建立了高速动车组牵引传动系统的可靠性框图模型。根据系统可靠性理论和在京津、武广高铁运行的CRH3型高速动车组牵引传动系统的故障统计数据,证明了牵引传动系统各部件的可靠性规律。同时给出了可靠性评价指标的计算方法,计算了各部件的故障率和可靠性。基于牵引传动系统的RBD模型,对京津、武广高铁牵引传动系统整体可靠性进行了评估。研究结果可为CRH3型高速动车组牵引传动系统的安全使用和维护维修提供参考。
