摘要

利用高精度定位系统的自动扫描干涉仪对具有可变几何形状、不同导层材料和不同表面质量的紧凑板状导腔进行了研究。将得到的优化准则用于改进小型(包括小于几厘米的尺寸)平板波导和多通激光谐振器的参数。另一方面,对谐振器表面质量和内部介质特性的高灵敏度允许使用这种结构作为开发光学和光纤(化学,生物医学等)传感器的仪器。
