In order to realize the participation of aggregated air conditioning load in system scheduling and provide trusted reserve capacity, an analysis and calculation method of trusted reserve characteristics of aggregated air conditioning load was proposed. Firstly, the response time and available reserve capacity of the standby dynamic process were determined. Based on the air conditioning loads' aggregated model, the dynamic characteristics of air conditioning load providing trusted reserve were analyzed.
