摘要

目的:本研究的目的是评估大学生的食物消费频率,并考察营养知识水平对身体质量指数(BMI)的影响。材料与方法:采用社会人口学特征、营养习惯、一般营养信息问卷(GBBA)和食物消费频率问卷对伊斯坦布尔Aydın大学812名在校学生进行调查。数据采用SPSS v26进行分析。结果:学生平均年龄为20.87±1.27岁,女生占68.4%,男生占31.6%。学生平均BMI为22.82±2.91 kg/m2,体重不足8.7%,体重正常65.3%,肥胖22.8%,肥胖3.2%。学生的GBBA平均分;为253.92±25.64,男生在GBBA“营养来源”子因子得分中位数[131(101-167)]显著高于女生[128 (95-174)](U= 63410;p
