Purpose of the article is to describe the ways of designing educational practices at the university, in accordance with the real structure of students' motives. A systematic approach to design allows us to present the educational process from the point of view of three concepts of the development of the subject of educational activity: sociogenesis, professional genesis, ideal genesis.
