According to the measured results, the power quality of the studied Kuan-Yuan onshore wind farm during the measurement period can meet the grid code of Taiwan Power Company (TPC) except the voltage flicker of ΔV10. 摘要

本文对台风“麦德姆”经过台湾时,某商业陆上风电场与台湾电力系统电网的特殊电能质量测量结果进行了研究和分析。该宽源陆上风电场容量28.5 MW,配置19台基于双馈感应发电机(DFIG)的1.5 MW风力发电机(wtg),通过4台升压主变压器(161/69 kV, 200 MVA)中的2台与宽阴主变电站连接。测量数据记录于2014年7月22日至2014年7月29日,共7天。在测量期间,台风“麦德姆”刚经过台湾,19个wgs被迫停止。记录并研究了受台风“麦德姆”影响的宽源风电场的特殊运行特性。测量结果表明,除ΔV10电压闪变外,所研究的宽源陆上风电场在测量期间的电能质量均满足台湾电力公司(TPC)的电网规范。讨论了台风“麦德姆”的时间和日期与所研究的陆上风电场的实测无功功率、最大电压变化、最大电压闪变和最大总电流需求畸变的关系。
