With the implementation of green building and BIM technology, the combination of BIM technology with green building is a new momentum in the development of the construction industry. The application of BIM can make the quantitative management of green buildings in the whole life cycle, get rid of the shackles of traditional models, make the design and construction process more accurate, and also make the whole process of green buildings more standardized. Among them, the core of BIM is the information model, and the core of green building is: low energy consumption, green and sustainable. This paper firstly explains the concepts and advantages of BIM technology and green building, and separately elaborates the significance of using both in the construction field. Secondly, the current development status of BIM technology and green building is obtained by studying and analyzing the development status and connection between them. 摘要

在现代城市的快速发展中,绿色低碳宜居城市的建设和建筑节能美化的实现正在得到大力推进,已成为城市发展的重要指标。随着绿色建筑和BIM技术的实施,BIM技术与绿色建筑的结合是建筑行业发展的新势头。BIM的应用可以使绿色建筑全生命周期的量化管理,摆脱传统模型的束缚,使设计和施工过程更加精确,也使绿色建筑的整个过程更加规范。其中,BIM的核心是信息模型,绿色建筑的核心是:低能耗、绿色、可持续。本文首先阐述了BIM技术和绿色建筑的概念和优势,并分别阐述了两者在建筑领域的应用意义。其次,通过研究分析BIM技术与绿色建筑的发展现状及两者之间的联系,得出BIM技术与绿色建筑的发展现状。最后,将BIM技术与绿色建筑全生命周期相结合,分析了绿色建筑与BIM在实际工程中结合使用的现状及优缺点,明确了在绿色建筑全生命周期中使用BIM的重要性,突出了BIM技术与绿色建筑全生命周期相结合是建筑行业未来发展的重要工具。
