Six rats from every cluster were sacrificed at period interval. Gross changes were noticed in liver, testis, respiratory organ and spleen. Histopathologically, the liver discovered perivascular and periportal infiltration of MNCs, sac fatty amendment, periportal formative cell proliferation, in depth gall ductular proliferation.
