This clinical study represents a groundbreaking advancement in feline health by introducing a novel approach for the rapid detection of Feline Parvovirus (FPV) through the utilization of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology. The research encompasses a comprehensive analysis of the PCR method's efficiency, accuracy, and speed in diagnosing suspected cases of FPV in cats. The study not only establishes a robust framework for the swift identification of FPV but also sheds light onthe potential implications for precision medicine in feline healthcare. The findings highlight the significance of early and accurate detection in managing FPV, ultimately contributing to enhanced feline welfare.

This research explores the development of a cutting-edge liquid milk replacer designed to enhance the rearing process of early-weaned piglets. The study focuses on formulating a nutritionally balanced substitute that meets the specific needs of piglets during the critical stages of weaning, aiming to optimize growth, health, and overall well-being. Through a combination of nutritional analysis, ingredient selection, and performance evaluations, the liquid milk replacer aims to serve as a vital component in supporting successful early-weaned piglet development. The outcomes of this research contribute valuable insights to the field of swine nutrition and husbandry, offering a promising solution for pig farmers seeking improved rearing practices.

The paper puts forward the concept that the use of the phenomena of immunological resonance and the vaccine function of pathogenic bacteria inactivated by an antibiotic multiple time increases the effectiveness of immunoprophylactic measures in industrial poultry farming. The timing of revaccinations has been established to ensure synchronization of the immunogenic action of the vaccine antigen and anti-idiotypes of immunoglobulins of different classes. The concept is put forward that pinocytosis occurring in the epithelial cells of the small intestine should be considered as non-specific phagocytosis, which increases the overall anti-infective resistance.

Research has been carried out to study the influence of "ProBioKorm Uz", a biologically active feed additive, on the development and physiological characteristics of rabbits of ‘New Zealand’ breed. During the experiment, 2 experimental and a control groups were formed. Adding "ProBioKorm Uz" to the main feed at the rate of 1% and 2% had an increase in experimental group rabbits’ live weight. Average live weight of them was higher by 5,7 %-3.8% than in the control group. Feed units composed 1.59%, dry matter 0.56 kg (3.61%) and crude protein 0.11 kg (3.59%) compared with the control group. Rabbits of experimental groups had higher indicators of erythrocytes concentration by 0.34-1.00 1012/l (10.34-19.53%), leukocytes - by 0.370-0.46 109/l (5.66-8, 06%), as well as a high level of hemoglobin by 7.42-11.08 g/l (6.81-10.08%) and total protein - by 2.40-4.48 (3.64-6, 42%).

This article presents the results of studying the prevalence of echinococcosis among large horned animals in the Samarkand and Surkhandarya regions and hematological blood parameters in animals heavily or weakly infected with echinococcus in the wild. In Samarkand region, 8.8% of cattle were infected with echinococci, and in Surkhandarya region - 14.3%. Decrease in the amount of erythrocytes and hemoglobin in the blood of cattle infected with echinococcosis (20-30%), increase in the number of leukocytes by 30-55%, and a significant increase in the number of eosinophils and lymphocytes in the leukoform, a decrease in neutrophils compared to control (3.25-6.5%). lymphocytes increased by 5.3-15.3%.

The microbial factor is essential in the etiology of mastitis. In this regard, bacteriological diagnostics is one of the decisive moments in the recognition and differentiation of pathological conditions of the mammary gland. However, it takes a lot of time to make a diagnosis using general methods, special culture media and reagents.
