The material of the extension auxiliary wheel is optimized and the geometric size is further optimized, which makes the structure of the deformation wheel more reasonable, lighter in weight, and improves the overall performance of the variant wheel. 摘要

由于全地形车具有较强的越野性能,因此在军事和民用领域应用广泛,根据全地形车的特点,设计了一种全地形车用复合变形轮。根据设计结果,利用Solidworks软件建立了变形轮的三维模型,并利用ANSYS软件对车轮和弹簧的伸缩机构进行了有限元分析,求解了最大应力,分析结果表明,设计的结构参数满足变形轮的使用要求。对延伸辅助轮的材料进行了优化,几何尺寸进一步优化,使变形轮的结构更加合理,重量更轻,提高了变型轮的整体性能。为关键零部件的设计和生产提供理论支持。
