摘要

本文分析了输电系统在扰动作用下的功率振荡。当电力系统发生故障时,输电线路功率和转子角度均偏离稳态值,导致系统失稳。基于HS-FA的阻尼控制器与静态同步串联补偿器一起用于抑制功率振荡。阻尼控制器的超前滞后结构通过串联补偿器注入补偿电压,提高了系统的稳定性。采用和声搜索-萤火虫混合优化技术对控制器参数进行优化。考虑了转子转速偏差的平方误差积分(ISE)来分析控制器的性能。分析了不同的干扰条件,验证了控制器抑制功率振荡的性能。
