风力发电技术成熟、环境友好,正处于快速发展期。风力发电机组是风力发电的主要设备,其齿轮箱的性能决定了发电的稳定性和经济性。本文介绍了世界上风力发电各阶段装机容量的变化情况,分析了风力发电机组齿轮箱常见的失效形式,并在此基础上研究了失效部位和主要原因,进一步提出了齿轮箱失效形式的预防措施,为风电场人员开展风力发电机组的维护提供参考
