摘要

本文提出了一种高压输电线路故障暂态电压信号MPE值提取与CS-SVM相结合的故障选相方案。结果表明,利用MPE对高压输电线路暂态电压信号进行量化,能充分反映故障暂态信号特征,能在小时间窗内进行准确判断,故障识别精度高,不受故障发生位置、过渡电阻大小、故障发生初始角度状态的影响,能克服电压信号在系统强电侧灵敏度较弱的缺陷。
