摘要

工作倦怠被认为是导致离职的主要原因。中国的金融机构也不排除因工作倦怠而离职的高发生率。进一步讨论了工作倦怠的测量方法,以确定适当的干预措施。因此,我们从国内外的研究来源进行了文献综述。结果表明,工作倦怠和外部工作环境是影响员工不安感和不满感导致工作倦怠的因素之一。除非职业倦怠得到缓解,否则中国的金融机构将继续面临各自人才短缺的问题。
