In this study, a qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used. Data collection was carried out by the author through field observations and in-depth interviews with resource persons about the leadership style of the principal in improving teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan, Bandung City. The first conclusion was that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung uses a family participatory leadership style. Secondly, the teacher's performance is still weak. Third, the right leadership style used by the Head of SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung to improve teacher performance is organizational participatory leadership combined with better teacher performance monitoring. 摘要
校长作为教育机构的领导者,在提高教师绩效、提高教育质量方面存在的问题是需要克服的。在本研究中,采用定性方法与描述性方法。作者通过实地观察和对资源人员的深入访谈,收集了关于万隆市Muhammadiyah Priangan小学校长在提高教师绩效方面的领导风格的数据。第一个结论是校长在提高SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung教师绩效方面的领导风格采用了家庭参与式领导风格。其次,教师的表现仍然薄弱。第三,SD校长Muhammadiyah Priangan Kota Bandung为提高教师绩效所采用的正确领导风格是组织参与式领导与更好的教师绩效监测相结合。本研究的含义是,需要改进校长在改善教师绩效方面的领导风格,以提高SD Muhammadiyah Priangan Bandung的学生教育质量。
