摘要

涡轮增压对道路车辆发动机减排具有重要意义。涡轮增压器的传热对涡轮增压发动机的性能有很大的影响。本研究的目的是评估涡轮增压器冷却和润滑状态对涡轮增压发动机性能的影响。本工作建立了一个详细的模型来评估发动机性能和涡轮增压器的冷却和润滑状态。仿真模型通过涡轮增压器和发动机试验台的实验数据进行了验证。最后,利用该模型对三种不同传热工况下的发动机性能进行了评价。结果表明,涡轮增压器冷却水质量流量是影响涡轮增压发动机性能的重要因素,尤其是影响发动机排气温度的重要因素。
