The data acquired through convenience and snow-ball techniques of non-probability sampling. A sum of total 100 managers and non-managers participated in the questionnaire survey. Data analyzed and interpreted by SPSS and PLS-SEM. Response rate of the survey, Cronbach’s alpha and demographic details were found out by SPSS. However, model measurement and verification done through PLS-SEM.
