摘要

本研究旨在从课程作为文件和课程作为实施两个维度来评估万隆旅游高等教育酒店管理专业课程,这些问题分为两个研究问题,即1)课程作为文件的表现如何?2)课程作为文件与课程实施的一致性如何?课程应参考互认安排(MRAs)、东盟旅游专业共同课程标准(ACCSTP)和东盟旅游共同课程标准(CATC)。方法论采用定性方法,案例研究采用改进的响应性评价模型。研究人员使用了8个事件,如:发现目的,概念化问题或问题,确定数据需求,观察指定的先决条件,交易和结果,主题化,验证和组装正式报告。数据分析结果表明:1)课程文件没有按照MRAs、ACCSTP和CATC标准制作;2)课程文件与课程实施之间存在一致性。关键词:课程作为文件;课程作为实施;一致性
