摘要

本研究旨在以障碍为调节变量,考察和分析激励因素、使能者和使能者对财政部知识共享行为的影响。本研究采用定量方法,以100名财政部工作人员为样本。本研究采用问卷调查的原始数据。采用适度回归分析(MRA)对数据进行分析。从研究结果来看,激励因素和使能因素对财政部员工的知识共享行为有显著的正向影响。研究结果还表明,障碍并没有调节动机和使能者对MoF员工知识共享行为的影响。
