The resulting images are compared with the benchmark images in term of sensitivity and specificity. 摘要

糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病患者面临的眼疾。糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是由视网膜血管的改变引起的。在DR的第一阶段,血管渗出液体并膨胀。然而,在DR的前期,可能会形成一个脆弱和异常的新血管,并将血液渗漏到视网膜。这会导致视力下降甚至失明。因此,本文提出了基于峰谷检测的血管提取方法。该方法利用了绿色通道图像和反演图像。在这项工作中,使用了来自数字视网膜图像血管提取(DRIVE)的20幅图像。将所得图像与基准图像在灵敏度和特异性方面进行比较。该方法的平均灵敏度和特异度分别为99.6%和47.9%。
