摘要

提出了一种新型的基于e型谐振腔的双陷波带微带超宽带带通滤波器。基本超宽带BPF由微带线和矩形贴片多模谐振器(MMR)组成。为了实现双陷波带,所提出的超宽带BPF采用e形谐振器耦合到基本超宽带BPF的主传输线上。该滤波器的通带范围为2.9 GHz ~ 10.6 GHz,第一个陷波带设计为3.5 ~ 3.9GHz,第二个陷波带设计为6.7 ~ 7.3GHz,两者的插入损耗均小于0.8 dB,回波损耗均大于20dB。仿真结果表明,该滤波器具有良好的宽带滤波性能,在通带外具有明显的抑制边缘。
