The proposed OAM waves generator is consisted of a feed antenna, and a partially reflective surface(PRS) loaded with a three-dimensional(3D) spiral phase plate. The 3D spiral phase plate is set on the top side of PRS to provide different phases for plane waves with different directions to generate OAM electromagnetic waves. The most important feature of the proposed OAM waves generator is high gain, smaller divergence angle and simple feeding source, without external complex feed network for array of OAM antenna.
