Today, for most people mobile phones are a necessity. So that you have to carry them wherever you go. Mobile technology has changed commercial and business behaviors of mobile users. Methodology: Commerce via mobile is a business solution nowadays and has led to a change in existing businesses. Among these services, is mobile banking. It should be said that mobile banking is one of the primary components to help expansion of business operations using mobiles. The main objective of this study is to investigate factors influencing the adoption of mobile banking services by customers and testing six hypotheses. Results: The present research is casual by method and nature, survey by implementation, and practical in purpose. The population in this study, customers are Tejarat Bank city customers in Karaj in the year 2015.Sh. To achieve objectives of the research, 384 questionnaires distributed among the bank customers and then analyzed. In this study all considered assumptions confirmed. 摘要

目标:在过去的十年中,移动电话的使用增长非常惊人。今天,对大多数人来说,手机是必需品。这样你无论走到哪里都得随身携带。移动技术改变了移动用户的商业和商业行为。方法:移动商务是当今的一种商业解决方案,并导致了现有业务的变化。在这些服务中,手机银行就是其中之一。应该说,手机银行是帮助利用手机扩大业务运营的主要组成部分之一。本研究的主要目的是调查影响客户采用移动银行服务的因素,并测试六个假设。结果:本研究在方法和性质上具有随意性,在实施上具有调查性,在目的上具有实践性。本研究中的人口,客户是2015年卡拉杰的泰贾拉特银行城市客户。为了达到研究目的,在银行客户中发放了384份问卷,然后进行分析。在这项研究中,所有的假设都得到了证实。结论:最后,可以说,与其他银行的服务相比,手机服务可以创造比较优势和可接受的盈利能力。
