摘要

本文提出了一种采用多比特δ - σ调制器控制的新型d类放大器结构。在该放大器中,利用二阶δ - σ调制器的3位8电平数字输出为d类功率放大器产生不同脉宽的开关信号。采用闭环d类放大器,将模拟输出信号从功率级馈送到输入端,提高线性度。采用台积电0.18 μm CMOS工艺对d类放大器进行了仿真。在2.56 MHz采样率下,该放大器在25 kHz信号带宽内的SNDR为78 dB。在功率消耗为140兆瓦时,THD为0.01%。
