With the process of interpersona communication expected the behavior of a person can change according to what the communicator wants. Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic education institutions which has the aim of preparing the ummah cadre who has a noble character. And one of the characteristics is having good behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of communication between persona which was determined by the leadership of the boarding school (Kyai) of the pesantren and from the communication pattern towards the behavior of students. The method used in this study is analytical descriptive. The sample of this study was taken as much as 10% of the study population totaling 250 people who were students who lived in the Al-Hikmah Way Halim cottage in Kedaton sub-district, Bandar Lampung city. Data collection techniques conducted by the author are literature studies, field studies, interviews, documentation, and observation. While the data analysis used is qualitative analysis techniques. From the results of the study showed that communication between the persona of the head of the cottage (kyai) of the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Way Halim Bandar Lampung had a positive effect on the behavior of students. 摘要

人与人之间的沟通是每个人都经常使用的沟通技巧之一。在预期的人际沟通过程中,一个人的行为可以根据沟通者的意愿而改变。伊斯兰寄宿学校是以培养具有高尚品格的伊斯兰教干部为宗旨的伊斯兰教教育机构之一。其中一个特征就是行为良好。本研究的目的是确定人格之间的沟通模式,这是由寄宿学校(Kyai)的领导决定的,从沟通模式到学生的行为。本研究采用分析描述性方法。本研究的样本抽取了研究人口的10%,总共250人,他们是住在班达楠榜市Kedaton街道Al-Hikmah Way Halim小屋的学生。作者的数据收集方法有文献研究、实地调查、访谈、文献记录和观察。而数据分析使用的是定性分析技术。从研究结果来看,Al-Hikmah伊斯兰寄宿学校的校长角色(kyai)之间的交流对学生的行为有积极的影响。这可以从学生在寄宿学校接受教育后的行为变化中看出,学生在寄宿学校的纪律、崇拜和互动模式都有所增加。
