This research is focused, how to apply several effective Arabic learning methods in improving the ability to read the Kitab Kuning to the Students PBA IAIN Palu. This research is a field research, which provides a systematic description of situations and events, intact and actual, and explain the relationship of the problem being studied. Data collection techniques with field studies, in-depth interviews and observations. The data obtained in the field are then analyzed and compiled in a draft question and answer between the researchers who then make general conclusions to be reported as a result of the research that has been done. The results of this study indicate that the application of several methods among the students of IAIN Palu is not effective except for the qawaid tarjamah method, as mandated in the 1998 curriculum. There is no meeting point between the curriculum and curriculum implementers, in this case the lecturers who are the main factor in not implementing the method according to expectations. While the qawaid tarjamah method is more effective than other methods. In addition, the language skills and reading of the Kitab Kuning owned by IAIN Palu students are very standardized even though the qawaid tarjamah method is very fruitful but not optimal. This is due to the application of the direct method using the Nazariyah al-Wahdah theory, but there is no stability in reading and translating.

This study aims to determine the strategy applied by Religious teachers to the students, to determine the effectiveness of the strategies used in the development of character and to explore the constraints faced by the Islamic religious teachers in the implementation of the strategy in Senior High School state (SMAN) I of Sekampung. This study included a qualitative descriptive study. Research data collection is done by observation and interview techniques, while the authors analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of data written or verbal behavior of people and observed that in this case the author seeks to undertake research which illustrates the overall nature of the real situation. Results of research showed that the strategies that teachers of religion in instilling religious values to students in the form of all efforts related to the development of character. It was done inside and outside the classroom with various kinds of strategies and methods that are considered effective for the students' moral development. Moreover, for the obstacles encountered an obstacle of internal and external factors, especially infrastructure is inadequate for optimal learning process

This study aims to reveal the application of ta'zir punishment in Indonesia by analyzing the application of punishment in Padangsidimpuan class II B prison, this research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach to comparative analysis. While the data collection in this study was carried out through observation and interview techniques, while data analysis techniques used a comparative model. The results of the analysis show that in prison class II B Padangsidimpuan there are three types of crimes which are crimes of ta'zir or new types of crimes that have not been clearly stated in the Koran regarding the punishment of narcotics, corruption, and punishment for child offenders . Where all the perpetrators were sentenced to ta'zir or punishment based on a judge's decision, from the practice of applying punishment in class II B prison Padangsidimpuan shows that indirectly the terminology of ta'zir punishment in the Islamic criminal law realm has actually been applied in Indonesia, namely correctional institutions

Communication between people is one of the communication techniques that is always used by everyone. With the process of interpersona communication expected the behavior of a person can change according to what the communicator wants. Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic education institutions which has the aim of preparing the ummah cadre who has a noble character. And one of the characteristics is having good behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of communication between persona which was determined by the leadership of the boarding school (Kyai) of the pesantren and from the communication pattern towards the behavior of students. The method used in this study is analytical descriptive. The sample of this study was taken as much as 10% of the study population totaling 250 people who were students who lived in the Al-Hikmah Way Halim cottage in Kedaton sub-district, Bandar Lampung city. Data collection techniques conducted by the author are literature studies, field studies, interviews, documentation, and observation. While the data analysis used is qualitative analysis techniques. From the results of the study showed that communication between the persona of the head of the cottage (kyai) of the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Way Halim Bandar Lampung had a positive effect on the behavior of students. This can be seen from changes in behavior that occurs in students after attending education at the boarding school, increasing discipline, worship and interaction patterns of students in the boarding school.

UPAYA GURU AKIDAH AKHLAK DALAM MEMBINA AKHLAK SISWA DI MAN 1 PADANG

This research is to find the efforts of the teachers of Akidah Akhlak in guiding the students’ akhlak in and out side of the classroom, to explore the problems in guiding, and to give the solution for the problems. The method of the research is descriptive qualitative with the informan are the teacher of Akidah Akhlak, the Headmaster, teachers, and students. The instruments are collecting the data by using observation, interview, and documentation. The result showed that the teachers guided the students to have good akhlak by explaining the materials well, showing the examples, avoiding the students to cheated in examination, giving advises to be serious in learning, and giving an educated punishment to the students’ falsity. Outside of the classroom, the teachers give the examples, praying zuhur together, giving kultum (preaching for 7 minutes), flag ceremonial, joining for the religious activities, cooperating with all teachers. Then, the problems are less carefulness from the teachers with the parents, unwell environment, absence from joining the religious activities, and choosing ungood friends. The efforst done by the teachers are cooperated raisingly between schools, teachers, parents, and societies. The teachers give pressure for the lesson, and give attention to the akhlak of the students. The teachers also must give good examples for the students, and give advises for them who had bad akhlak, and give advices for the parents to give attention to their children not to get bad environment and bad friends in order to be good children to make their akhlak better

Islamic religious education teachers are people who provide knowledge with the aim of educating and fostering the morality of students as good people. In the process of moral development of students, an Islamic education teacher in delivering material must have the right method. Moral material is one of the most dominating material in the formation of personality of students. If the provision of this material is maximally endeavored by the religious teacher, the morality of the participants should be ascertained to be better. In this case the Islamic religious education teacher plays the first and foremost role in the process of moral development of his students. For the success of the moral development process, an Islamic religious education teacher must be able to use several methods in building it to improve the worship experience. Departing from that background, the author wants to discuss it in a thesis and takes the title "Moral Development Method in Increasing Worship Practice Students in Middle School 4 in East Lampung Sekampung" The purpose of this study was to determine the level of moral deviation of students, to know the method of religious education teachers Islam, both in terms of supporting and inhibiting factors in the moral development of students and how much the practice of worship of the students increases. The research that the author is doing is included in descriptive qualitative research, and in the course of collecting data, the author uses observation, documentation, and interview methods. While for the analysis, the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely: in the form of written or oral data from people and behavior that is observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation. The results of the research conducted by the author can be conveyed here, that the coaching method that the author offers in the discussion of this thesis is one way that can be done to find the best solution to the problem of moral development methods used by PAI teachers in increasing the practice of worship of students. And the efforts made by the teachers of Islamic religious education are one of the ways to foster the morale of those who have been deceived. Even if there are still other alternatives that might be better than what have been submitted or written in this thesis, then this can be used as input or additional so that this thesis continues to grow and does not stop here

While for the analysis, the author uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely: in the form of written or oral data from people and behavior that is observed so that in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is describing thoroughly about the actual situation. The results of the research conducted by the author can be conveyed here, that the coaching method that the author offers in the discussion of this thesis is one way that can be done to find the best solution to the problem of moral development methods used by PAI teachers in increasing the practice of worship of students. And the efforts made by the teachers of Islamic religious education are one of the ways to foster the morale of those who have been deceived. Cross-border trade agreement between Indonesia-Malaysia Government discuss about trading for the people residing in state borders area. However along with the times these agreements become less effectively. The mentioned because the agreement was long time ago and abuse of rigts by certain peoples. Thereby, the agreement needs reexamination because it is less relevant to the Indonesia economic development nowadays. It can also be detrimental to one of the parties in the state borders area. It is not contary to the tenetof islam as concept of fiqh rules on the basis of the society benefits that is part of a study of Al-Qur’an.

This article aims to find out Islamic values that can be easily implemented in Indonesia, convey the peculiarities of the realization of Islamic values in Indonesia, and their influence on the realization of Islamic cultural values. The method used to find out what will be used and distribute several books related to the topic of discussion in this article. This is where the values are very important to enable readers to be based on Islam by knowing the rights of certain customs to be preserved and furthermore not applying traditions that clearly deviate from Islam. The results of the discussion of this article are that the values of Islamic culture in Indonesia can be packaged so attractively when packing Islamic teachings with culture that people are not aware that the values of Islam have become a tradition in their daily lives

The spread of false news (hoax) is currently widespread in various media. Both print and online media, starting from the spread of someone through broadcast messages, print media, online media, and other mass media. Sadly, most of the people easily believe in the existence of false news (hoax) without finding out the real truth. Hoax news is fake news that is being falsified or reversed from the real reality. This research was conducted to find out how the response and actions of the government in the spread of hoax and criminal acts should be appropriate for disseminating hoax through their legal politics. This research is expected that the general public users of social media, especially among academics, can be more systematic in processing information and sorting out reliable information

The Constitutional Court is a legal institution where the judicial review of the law in Indonesia. In 2010, there was a judicial review of the article on marriage registration and the rights of children outside marriage or the marriage of Sirri. Although not all lawsuits were granted by the Constitutional Court judge, but the decision that was born raised its own polemic. The article of the Marriage Law of article 43 takes place in the provision of point content where an illegitimate child occupies a state-recognized status with proof of technology. Therefore, the interpretation of UDHR, UIDHR, Islamic Law, Positive Law, and Child Protection Law and MUI's Fatwa on the decision strongly contributed in interpreting the Constitutional Court's decision and the word "civil relationship" with biological father
