First, based on the successful bid results of the knowledge industry center where the auction was completed in 5 courts in Seoul, multiple regression was conducted by classifying the influencing factors into auction characteristics, building characteristics, house-to-house characteristics, location characteristics, regional characteristics, and time-point characteristics. The multiple regression model was analyzed and compared with the linear model and the semilog model, respectively, and the residual scatterplot and P-P plot were tested to confirm normality.
