The influence of slurry parameters on the film formation effect was analyzed with the water filtration quantity as the index of evaluation, and the control index suitable for the field engineering was proposed. The results show that, for formation process with high permeability and larger average pore size, it takes longer to form filter cake, and the stability of the filter cake is better; to obtain a stable filter cake on the surface of a high permeability stratum, particle size distribution and gravity matching with the stratum need to be chosen when preparing the slurry to ensure the content of particles entering the pores of the stratum. At the same time, viscosity-increasing components were added to increase the viscosity, which significantly enhances the binding force between the slurry and the particles and improving the stability of the filter cake; Water filtration quantity ratio above 0.6 can form a high-quality slurry film. 摘要

基于自行设计的试验装置,进行了不同地层和压力下的浆体入渗试验。以水过滤量为评价指标,分析了浆料参数对成膜效果的影响,提出了适合现场工程的控制指标。结果表明:对于渗透率高、平均孔径大的地层过程,滤饼形成时间较长,滤饼稳定性较好;为了在高渗透地层表面获得稳定的滤饼,在制备浆料时需要选择与地层相匹配的粒度分布和重力,以保证进入地层孔隙的颗粒含量。同时加入增粘组分提高粘度,显著增强料浆与颗粒之间的结合力,提高滤饼的稳定性;水过滤量比大于0.6才能形成高质量的浆膜。考虑到实际施工效率,建议将该比值控制在0.4~0.6。
