摘要

本研究旨在探讨2019-2020年期间酒店、餐饮和旅游业人力资本与企业绩效之间的关系。这是一项定量研究,提供了多元线性回归方法的应用。二次数据收集于www.idx.co.id,包括2019-2020年期间的损益表和财务报表附注。分析结果表明,人力资本对企业绩效有一定的影响。根据分析结果,我们可以得出结论,COVID-19大流行迫使企业实施人力资本战略规划,如裁员、自愿减薪和缩短工作时间,所有这些都对企业绩效产生了不利影响。
