摘要

生物膜是由许多尿路病原体产生的,即使抗生素对体内的大病原体有效,它们也会使药物无效。本研究采用试管法对尿路病原菌的生物膜形成潜力进行了评价,并与玻璃培养皿法和玻璃载玻片法两种新方法进行了比较。我们发现玻璃培养皿法检测尿路病原菌生物膜的效果与试管法一样好,甚至更好。玻片法既不敏感也不特异。此外,试管法还可以在显微镜下观察生物膜。所以这些可以由研究人员稍后进一步探索。
