A comprehensive evaluation of the teaching effect was made in three areas of the usage of the platform, analysis of students’ assessment grades and feedback of students’ questionnaire, which shows that blended teaching has achieved good results. 在当今互联网时代,“混合式学习”是一种较为先进、有效的学习方式,对于推动课程教学改革、提高教学质量具有重要意义。本文探索了《管理学》平台课程的混合式教学设计方法,明确了教学目标、总体设计和单元设计,并在教学中实施。从平台使用情况、学生评估成绩分析和学生问卷反馈三个方面对教学效果进行了综合评价,表明混合式教学取得了较好的效果。在实施混合教学中还存在一些问题,包括教学资源的数量和质量,以及学生的评估结果需要改进,需要在未来的研究中进一步完善。
