Results of the experiment showed that, interaction of the spray frequency (three or four times) and dosage (100g/L) of the leaf extracts significantly reduced disease incidence and severity of Alternaria leaf spot disease better than the other treatment combinations. The result further revealed a significantly higher yield increase   under the same condition than the other treatments considered. 摘要

在迈杜古里大学农学院教研农场,于2018年和2019年两季进行了田间试验,以评估刺槐叶提取物用量和喷施频率互作对迈杜古里黄瓜锈斑病防治的影响。处理包括三个剂量(50g/L、75g/L和100g/L)作为垂直因子和五个喷淋方案(不喷、喷一次、喷两次、喷三次和喷四次)作为水平因子,因子组合并以3个重复的分割图设计布置。试验结果表明,喷施频率(3次或4次)和喷施剂量(100g/L)的交互作用显著降低了稻斑病的发病率和严重程度,效果优于其他处理组合。结果进一步表明,在相同条件下,产量增幅显著高于其他处理。综上所述,在黄瓜结实期前后进行3 ~ 4次喷施,对防治该病有重要作用。
