摘要

本文提出了基于智能体的在线分析挖掘(OLAM)模型,并提出了基于多基地协作技术的广义数据仓库,使数据挖掘不仅适用于结构化数据,也适用于文本、知识等复杂数据。此外,我还应用Union-IADS理论构建了一个数据空间,该数据空间由上面提到的通用数据仓库和数据集市组成。最后,将基于agent的OLAM模型和数据空间集成到一个统一的框架中,构建智能CRM系统,这是构建CRM系统的一次新的尝试。
