Data in the study were obtained by using the Descriptive Characteristics Form, the Intercultural Sensitivity Scale (ISS), and the Compassion Scale (CS).It was determined that the midwifery students' mean ISS score was 83.92±5.56 and CS score was 104.26±9.68, and there was a moderate, positive and significant relationship between students' intercultural sensitivity and privacy awareness (r=0.627, p<0.01)As a result of the study, it is seen that compassion is a significant predictor of intercultural sensitivity. 摘要

由于助产专业的性质,助产士照顾不同文化背景的人。本研究旨在探讨助产学学生的跨文化敏感度与同情心之间的关系。本研究为关系寻求描述性研究,研究对象为土耳其不同城市和大学的206名助产系学生。本研究采用描述性特征表、跨文化敏感性量表(ISS)和同情心量表(CS)获得数据。结果显示,助产专业学生的ISS平均得分为83.92±5.56分,CS平均得分为104.26±9.68分,学生的跨文化敏感性与隐私意识之间存在中等正相关(r=0.627, p<0.01)。研究结果表明,同情心是跨文化敏感性的显著预测因子。在一个理解跨文化敏感性重要性的全球化世界中,人们认为制定培训策略以培训具有高同情心的助产士非常重要。
