摘要

在船舶避碰过程中,人为失误的发生及其概率具有随机性和模糊性。传统的故障树分析方法难以进行定量分析。为解决这一问题,采用模糊数表示基本事件和顶事件的发生概率,建立了人为错误船舶碰撞的模糊故障树。并将灰色关联分析方法应用于模糊故障树的定性和定量分析。将基本事件的模糊意义集作为参考序列,将由最小切集组成的特征矩阵作为比较序列。通过计算以最小割集为代表的人因故障模式与船舶碰撞事故之间的关联度,得到对船舶碰撞事故发生影响较大的人因故障模式,为决策提供参考,以减少人为错误对船舶碰撞事故的影响。
