Fourth, we proposed the evaluation method of 4PL integration solution based on the fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. 摘要

本文提出了一种基于模糊理论的第四方物流供应链集成过程集成评价方法。首先,我们对第四方物流的需求进行研究,然后利用质量功能部署(QFD)方法将收集到的物流需求转化为供应链流程设计需求。其次,采用标杆法剔除非价值过程,并基于模糊评价理论重构供应链。第三,运用多目标优化理论,在时间、质量、成本和服务约束下,建立了第四方物流合作伙伴整体价值最大化的优化模型。第四,提出了基于模糊层次分析法(AHP)的4PL集成方案评价方法。最后指出,第四方物流必将成为中国运输企业的发展方向,未来第四方物流市场前景广阔。
