摘要

提出了利用高分子材料的吸收光谱将波长选择滤波器集成到热电堆探测器中,并将吸收剂选择性地沉积在热电堆探测器的热结上的新方法。亲水性吸收剂溶液选择性地沉积在探测器的亲水性区域上。制备的探测器在吸收器λ峰处比基线增加了100%。利用分子吸收被认为是实现稳定的信噪比对抗温度变化的有效方法。
