Based on the articles collected, the results show that definitions of cyberbullying cannot limit the cultural influences ideology and the variety and frequency of forms of cyberbullying and contain various factors related to the factors that influence cyberbullying in the workplace. 摘要

本研究的目的是提高人们对网络欺凌现象的认识,特别是在工作场所,这一现象仍然很少受到一些研究者的关注,特别是在文学研究中。文献检索使用多种数据库,包括science direct和google scholar。使用的标准是2012-2018年发表的文章。根据收集到的文章,结果表明,网络欺凌的定义不能限制网络欺凌的文化影响意识形态和形式的多样性和频率,并且包含与影响工作场所网络欺凌的因素相关的各种因素。未来的研究预计将发现参与网络欺凌的个人是否被起诉,或者谁参与并与职业相关,或者谁使用最新的应用和技术作为工作场所网络欺凌活动的容器。
