Taking the example of highland barley rice, the paper collects 1047 data on consumer comments from the official flagship store of Tiancijingke foods in Jingdong Mall, and apply the ROSTCM6 system to analyze the word frequency statistics, briefly developing an evaluation index system of consumers' satisfaction with highland barley rice. 摘要

研究消费者对网上藏族特色农产品的满意度,有助于电商企业掌握消费者对产品的认知动态,及时调整经营策略,增强应对市场突发事件的能力。本文以青稞米为例,收集了京东商城天景客食品官方旗舰店1047条消费者评论数据,运用ROSTCM6系统对其词频统计进行分析,初步构建出青稞米消费者满意度评价指标体系。通过ahp -熵权法定量发现,青稞米外包装、加工质量、物流配送、性能感知、销售价格五个指标对消费者满意度的影响程度依次递减。
