The design of this study is a survey with correlation approach. The sample size was 118 high school chemistry teachers selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument used are (1) the scale of teacher chemistry performance, and (2) creativity scale. Data were analyzed by using simple regression correlation and multiple regression correlation.
