The objectives of this study are (1) to reveal the influence of School Culture on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta. (2) to reveal the effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta, and (3) to reveal the effect of School Culture and Interpersonal Communication together on the Social Behavior of Teachers of SMK N 35 in West Jakarta. There is also a form of research in the research method using quantitative approaches where research data is obtained using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed using google form. Population and sample 102 respondents Sample Random Sampling technique Validation and reliability using the Correct Item Total Correlation value formula where data analysis SPSS edition 25. The results showed that school culture had a significant effect on Teacher Social Behavior. Interpersonal Communication has a significant effect on Teacher Social Behavior. School culture and Interpersonal Communication together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Teacher Social Behavior at SMKN 35 West Jakarta.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of leadership, discipline and motivation on lecturer performance at FKIP HKBP Nommensen Pematangsiantar University. With a sample of 53 Permanent Foundation Lecturers. The tool used is a questionnaire. All questionnaires tested are valid and reliable. This research is descriptive explanatory, namely research that aims to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationships between the variables. The leadership coefficient gives a value of 0.316, which means that if leadership gets better assuming other variables remain constant, lecturer performance will increase. The discipline coefficient gives a value of 0.343, which means that if discipline is higher, assuming other variables remain constant, lecturer performance will increase. The Motivation coefficient gives a value of 0.222, which means that if motivation becomes stronger assuming other variables remain constant, lecturer performance will increase. The results of the research show that the three independent variables (Leadership, Discipline and Motivation) have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously on the dependent variable (Lecturer Performance). Regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis regarding the partial influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable . Based on multiple regression estimates with the SPSS program, the results obtained are Y = 0.316 X1 + 0.343 X2 + 0.222 X3. From the results of the regression calculations, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.57 or 57%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the physics learning process in schools using the google classroom application during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at SMAN 26 Jakarta in 2020. The type of research used was qualitative with a descriptive method. The sample in this study was 66 students of class XI and 72 students of class XII. The research sample was taken using stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire using the Google form in the form of 27 item statements and interview sheets. The effectiveness indicators used are 1) accuracy in using the application, 2) speed of performance, 3) transfer rate from offline to online and 4) student retention rate. The results showed that there was an effect of using google classroom on the effectiveness of learning physics with a percentage of 78.99%, which means it was effectively used by teachers and students. For each indicator of the effectiveness of the using accuracy indicator with an average percentage of 76% in the high category. Performance speed indicators with an average of 69% in the high category, transfer speed of learning with an average of 59% in the medium category, and an average retention rate of 66% in the high category.

This study aims to prove the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work commitment, the effect of managerial skills of school principals on work commitment, and the influence of managerial skills and efficacy of principals on work commitment in SMA PGRI Getengan. Measurement of variables X1, X2 and Y using the Likert Model questionnaire and Google Form observations. Through SPSS 25 significant 5%, rtable = 0.361, and rcount ≥ rtable , all instruments are valid. The reliability index is the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient = 0.765 which means it is reliable. It is analyzed by Classical Assumptions Test and Multiple Linear Regression. The simultaneous partial effect of variables X1, X2 and Y was carried out by t test, F test, coefficient of determination and correlation analysis. The results of the study (1) There is a significant effect of self-efficacy on teacher work commitment (66.99%); (2) There is no significant effect of the principal's managerial skills on teacher work commitment (1.57%); (3) There is a significant effect of the school principal's self-efficacy and managerial skills simultaneously on teacher work commitment (68.57%). To increase work commitment, self-efficacy must be supported by the managerial skills of the principal.

Learning planning is an important part of implementing the independent curriculum. Lesson planning is a teacher's guideline and reference in carrying out learning. The implementation of the independent curriculum, which is still relatively new, gives birth to new terms in aspects of the curriculum that make educators have to explore and understand more so that there are no perspective errors in it. This study aims to determine the extent to which learning planning has been carried out by mathematics teachers at Balusu 2 Middle School, Balusu District, North Toraja Regency, by looking at the percentage categories. The method used is descriptive quantitative, using questionnaires and checklists to obtain data. The results showed that the planning of learning mathematics for class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Balusu based on the results of the percentage of completing questionnaires and checklists was in the very high category with a presentation of 93.145% which indicated that the mathematics teacher at SMP Negeri 2 Balusu had carried out very good lesson plans. as part of the implementation of the independent curriculum in this school.

Church youth are the future generation of Church leaders, and also as future leaders of the Nation, because of that it is very important for the church to prepare the church's young generation, so that in the future there will be no leadership crisis for the continuity of church stewardship. ERM Online application is an innovative online Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) application that offers solutions for companies or entrepreneurs in terms of efficient risk management. This application can be used in real time, can be accessed easily, and facilitates decision making so that it is more effective and provides risk list services by paying attention to priorities that can be accessed via gadgets. The purpose of this study is a mapping of business model development planning using Business Model Canvas (BMC) and analyzing alternative business development strategies. The analytical tools used are Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. Based on the research, several strategies that need to be developed are in the key partners element, namely marketing and insurance organizations, key activities, namely research and development, key resources, namely risk management human resources, value preposition, namely for the management of well-documented risk management, customer relationships, namely communication via whatsapp and social media, channels, namely social media and customer testimonials that have used ERM, and in customer segments, namely manufacturing companies, banks, telecommunications companies, state-owned companies, and retail companies.

Adolescence is a transition between childhood and adulthood. Adolescence is also often felt as one of the most beautiful times. Adolescence is a very important, critical and very vulnerable period because if humans go through their teenage years with failure, it is possible that they will find failure in the next life journey. At this time also teenagers can not be separated from the feeling of love that must be owned by everyone. The feeling of love that blossoms in adolescents, is expressed by dating. Dating behavior can have positive and negative impacts. Unhealthy dating can cause teenagers to slip into mistakes that have a bad influence throughout their lifetime. Therefore, the role of the Christian Religious Education Teacher as a counselor is a strategic role in accompanying dating teenagers by instilling Christian values so that dating is in accordance with God's word.
