睾酮治疗(TTh)可改善性腺功能低下男性的贫血和红细胞压满增加,降低死亡率:TTh危险因素的范式转变。现实生活中12年的数据显示,长期使用睾酮治疗可显著降低死亡率[1-3],增加红细胞压积,理论上可增加致死性心血管事件的风险,但尚未得到证实[10]。总结旨在阐明长期接受TTh的男性红细胞压积与全因死亡率之间关系的研究结果[5,6]。
