摘要

为了更有效地提取液压泵的特征,提出了一种基于HFHA-EMD和两个相关准则的液压泵特征提取方法。首先,在液压泵振动信号中加入高频谐波,对其进行EMD分解,得到一组imf;其次,计算各IMF与高频谐波和原始振动信号的相关系数,选取符合标准的IMF对振动信号进行改造;最后,从改造后的振动信号频谱图中可以找到液压泵的特征频率。同时,对所提出的方法进行了验证。
